Thin and tasty pizzas,  prepared with top quality ingredients, are cooked on the floor of the wood oven at a temperature of about 350 degrees Celsius.
The pizza dough is prepared the day before, to ensure the best leavening.

In the wood-burning oven, calzoni, sweet schiacciatine and “cecina”, a savory pie made with chickpea flour typical of this area, are also cooked.
